Shipping and Returns
shopCBD is pleased to offer a flat rate of $7.99 for standard shipping on all orders of $49 or less, after discounts and coupons.
All orders over $49 ship for free.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipment. Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will automatically be applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- Orders ship on business days only, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
- All orders are shipped through either USPS or Fedex
- Shipping promotions are only valid for orders made during the promotion elegibility period
- Delivery estimates do not include processing time (between 1 to 2 business days).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time across the continental United States is 2-3 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Purto Rico may take longer. Always refer to the shipping provider's website for tracking updates.
Please note :
- Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day
- Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number
All products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We offer free returns on all orders that qualify for free shipping. To return a product, please visit the Order History section in your Account page. You will be able to select the items you want to return, print your return label and see the amount you will be refunded.
Please ensure that your items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The moment your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the product you are returning was sent to you as a gift, please get in touch with our customer care team to apply a credit to your account rather than to your credit card.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, including taxes.
